The proposed mediators

Mundi Mediatores
Proactive certified professionals

You don't have to rely on word of mouth when searching for the right mediator for your case. Mundi Mediatores provides names of experienced and qualified mediation professionals after interviewing them. You get practice-based information about the ADR professionals, their backgrounds and personalities. MM propses mediators who proactively help the participants to communicate, clarify the facts, identify underlying interests and develop creative solutions that are tailored to the needs of the participants and their case.

Our handpicked mediator profiles feature specialized mediators where desired with subject matter expertise and mediators who are adept in employing a variety of mediation techniques, such as a purely facilitative or a directive approach to the process, a facilitative or an evaluative approach to the substance; as well as mixed styles, to best serve the needs of businesses and their legal counselors. This allows participants to choose how much they want to maintain control over the outcome and the process, or whether they prefer the mediator to take more control.

MM proposes mediators from various countries around the globe.

All mediators are internationally recognized as IMI Certified or IMI Qualified Mediator and where applicable also meet the relevant local certifications and requirements. They are familiar with the legal mediation and/or business landscape and have a deep understanding of the best practices in dispute resolution. The mediators that we propose have a proven track record of successful outcomes, and striving to help the parties reach a satisfactory resolution. They are able to proactively facilitate communication and negotiations between the parties and enable them to identify and clarify the facts, interests and needs, as well as develop creative solutions tailored to the specific needs of the case.

Finally, the mediators have demonstrated their commitment to promoting sustainable practices and transparency, e.g., through the signing of the Mediators Green Pledge and by using the Universal Disclosure Protocol for Mediation. Not only does this improve the sustainability of the mediation process and ensures that parties can make an informed choice for a mediator, but it also provides reassurance that the mediator is committed to taking responsible approaches to their work and to the environment.
