Fees and pricelist
Our fees consider the complexity of the case, the required expertise and time needed and are unless otherwise agreed in writing equally shared by all parties. Being a supporter of the Mediators Green Pledge, we have committed to minimizing the environmental impact of each mediation.Therefor our default is to hold the mediator selection and process design services, as well as the interview with the mediator(s) online. On request of all parties, in person meetings can be accommodated, for which travel costs and travel time are added.

For Services 1-4: a “mediator” can also be a conciliator or expert.

An “ADR Neutral” is any Appropriate Dispute Resolution Neutral (including arbitrators, adjudicators, etc. as well).

If more than 2 parties are involved, the per party fee will be added for each additional party.

Services are normally provided online, using videoconferencing.

On-site visits are possible, in which case travel costs and travel time (€ 350,- / hour) are added to the invoice, same for venue or hotel costs if applicable.

Parties can choose ad-hoc and/or institutional proceedings for the mediation or ADR process. The mediator / ADR neutral or institution quotes and invoices their own fees and costs, which are to be settled directly with the mediator or institution.

Parties will be informed of the fee structure and costs of mediation services of each mediator as part of the selection service. MM does not add any mark-ups on mediator fees.

Parties can indicate their fee range preferences to ensure that their needs are met.

Dutch VAT (21%) will be added (if applicable).
